All payments are strictly non-refundable, except in cases of proven fault on the talent’s side. Cancellations are not permitted once payment has been made. Rescheduling may be arranged upon agreement.
Official working hours are 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM. Any requests beyond these hours will incur an additional late-hour fee.
The maximum rental duration is 2 (two) weeks. Any extension requests must be directed to management for scheduling approval and reconfirmation.

If no response is received from the client within 7 (seven) hours, the session will be considered completed without refund.
